segger stopped working

Hi Team,

I was trying to load firmware to external board using nRF51-DK. I have successfully programmed the boards many times and now when I am trying, LED (LD5) on nRF-DK is off. PC prompted lastly some error like unknown USB device.

What happened? Near power switch I feel like board is heating up.
