nrfjprog status 3221225477

I'm getting an undocumented status value back from nrfjprog when I try to program my dev board:

ERROR: command exited with status 3221225477: nrfjprog --program C:/mdsg/official/Switch/build/zephyr/zephyr.hex -f NRF52 --snr 683389225 --sectoranduicrerase

Can anyone point me in the right direction to solving this please?

OK, I solved this by updating my nrf command line tools to the latest version. Yes, should have tried this first!

nrfjprog version: 10.12.1
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.88a
