Hello guys,
Has anybody had the issue opening the new version of nRF Connect for Desktop (v3.6.1) in Windows 10 Pro. I have used an older version of this application and it worked properly. Now, I need to use this Power Profiler module and when I installed it again, this new version, I have a problem opening it. It is always a gray window without any possible option to choose. I tried to reload it a couple of times (Ctrl + R) but nothing. Do you maybe have some suggestions for me on how to fix this problem. I installed this application on another laptop and it works without problems. Is there the possibility that some of my Windows updates block this application?
