Could you please help me with Reference Design  / Document / White Paper regarding Tire Pressure Monitoring System implementation using stand alone BLE Communication (BLE integrated in Tire (TX) as well in Cabin ( RX) as ( No Sub Ghz to be used in product).

I can't find any tire pressure monitoring example, so you would need to start with one of the examples projects and then modify it to your needs:

If this is not a BLE SIG defined profile, then likely the best starting point is ble_app_blinky and ble_app_uart, since those show how to setup a custom 128-bit UUID to be used to transfer generic data.
