I need some chip info about nRF52832 DC/DC and ADC

Hello:
I am trying to design a project about a type of sensor powered by high accuracy battery which is using the nRF52832 chip in a custom board.
To use the battery energy as much as possible, I need to using the integrated DC/DC and using internal ADC to do the conversion.
My question is: from the data sheet named nRF52832 Product Specification v1.4, I can not find the following information which is a big risk for the target design:
1. the power capability and efficiency of the DC/DC
i. the max output current and the peak current and continues current as recommended.
ii. the efficiency of the DC/DC and switching frequency at different power load (assume it's working in PFM) and different voltage output, (would be possible that the CPU voltage be lowered down to like 2V, and if the efficiency could stay high at low voltage output or not.)
2. the accuracy of the internal ADC
there is a info about the convertor itself, but I cannot find the spec or feature of the internal reference voltage circle, such like the accuracy and the drift at different temperature.
Can anyone give me the information above or document about that.
Thank you in advance.
