SDK 8.0 using for nRF51822(QFAAFA(0x002a))

I use nRF51822 Variant QFAAFA Hwid 0x002a and it seems SD 8.0.0 doesn't run on it!

What's the IC revision (this device)?

@Aworks: Please have a look at the compatibility matrix table here.

QFAAFA is the engineering sample of chip version 2. S110 v8.0.0 is made with default configuration for chip version 3. If you want to use it for XLR2 you would need to disable concurrent CPU-radio using sd_ble_opt_set() as described in the Changes section in the S110 v8.0 release note.
