I am looking for a way to flash program an nRF9E5 on Windows 10.
Currently, I have been using the nRF24E1 Dongle on Windows XP with the program nRFPROG to complete this task. In an attempt to do the same job on Windows 10, I have downloaded and installed nRF Connect for Desktop v3.6.1 and its Programming Tool for flash programming of nRF SoCs v1.4.8. When listing available devices to program with, none are found when the nRF24E1 Dongle is connected. Thinking there is a driver problem, I looked at Device Management - surely enough the device was labeled as an Unknown Device.
In order to solve the problem, I wonder:
- Is there a driver for Windows 10 that will recognize the nRF24E1 Dongle?
- Is nRF Connect v3.6.1 capable of flash programming an nRF9E5 on Windows 10?
- Is there a substitute dongle that allows flash programming of an nRF9E5?
- Is there a different way to go about this that will allow the programming of an nRF9E5 on Windows 10?
Thanks in advance!
