Minimum voltage for 3GPP compliance

We have noted a PCN that seem to affect power consumption and certification. (https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/pcn_134_v1.0.1.pdf) 

Can you tell me if the 3v3 Vmin for 3GPP compliance has been reduced or if there is any plan to reducing the Vmin for 3GPP in the future for your LTE / NB-IoT chips.

We cannot change the Vmin for 3GPP compliance, this is still 3.3V.

The compliance requires 3.3V, as explained here, although the chip itself can go slightly lower:
