with the tool BLE Sniffer we see a lot of useful informations.
There is also a item called Pakettime.

Ist this the meassured time with wireshark or the true time on air?

The packet time in the nRFSniffer should be an accurate representation of how much time the advertising device is actually using on-air to transmit its packet.
