Hi Milan,

It depends mainly on your production facility (most of contractual manufactures have their set-up and anything new costs you hell of the money) and performance you want (Do you use the same HW/SW for verification and other kind of testing? Are you having timing restrictions meaning that you pay for production time in any sense?). If you are really concerned about cost effectiveness then you could obviously go with nRF51-DK with SEGGER J-LINK OB and Nordic's nrfjprog.exe (should be license free but you should check in nRFTools license agreement) or MBED CMSIS-DAP and some open source SW on PC host (at least pyOCD works well). This costs you in theory 50~70EUR for DK board and your time for set-up.

And to add to the comment one more option. It can program without even PC, from SD card, so minimal set up cost for contractual manufactures.
