Unable to see nrf device on the nrf connect app.

Hello,

I am currently working with nrf 52840, using segger embedded studio (V5.34) and SDK 17.0.2.

For some reason, when I open any example under ble_peripheral, such as ble_app_uart, I cannot see the device and connect to it, in the nrf connect app. The code properly compiles and runs, without giving any errors. I have tried using both an android and an iOS phone but its the same result.

Could someone suggest what could be going wrong?

Hi

Please try enabling location services for nRFConnect if you haven't already on the phone(s) you're using. Can you confirm that you do a "Build and Run" in SES and that the log returns 'build complete'?

Are you using an nRF52840 Development Kit or a custom board of some kind?
