NRF52840 chip buttonless dfu is not working

Hello, nrf experts.

I have trouble with testing update over ble from main application. Using buttonless dfu example. But when I'm connecting to nrf dev kit, nrfConnect on iOS tells 

"We're sorry, but this device does not support Nordic nor McuMgr DFUupdate mechanisms"

I found that I shoudl reboot phone and nrfConnect saw BLE Service
