Is it possible to （central side） send scan request fill the content  based on received advertise information？

We want to control scan request message  based on advertise content.

And from peripheral side fill related content to send scan response to central based on scan request.

as attached flow.

I'm afraid that it's not possible to add any custom data to the scan request message.

Why do you want to do this?

Customer wants to customize this scan request interface ,their application is finance system for safety consideration.

They want to modify this scan request message. Is it possible ?

They want to promote new architecture , hope Nordic could open talk with them.

I think it is commercial issue, not technical issue. right?

 No, I'm afraid that is not possible. You can find more information about the scan request message in BT SIG - BLE Spec.
