You can only replace it with the same value, 0.8 pF. Else the radio performance will suffer (output power and harmonics).

Is there any recommend brand C3 to replace murata‘s.  it seems use other brand to replace this C3,but performance is not good.

Not good as in what? If you use a capacitor with the same value and tolerance, there shouldn't be much of a difference.
