Rsource, VBUS specification discrepancy?

The v1.3 Product Specification datasheet for the nRF52833 lists the maximum source resistance on VBUS, including cable, as 2 ohms.  Yet the same document recommends using a 4.7 ohm resistor in the VBUS line to add protection against transient over-voltage conditions when the USB cable is inserted or removed.  And the nRF52833 Dev Kit PCA10100 board includes a 4.7 ohm resistor.

So the design recommendation and Dev Kit schematic example exceeds the specification for max Rsource.  Should the datasheet be changed?  Is there a problem with using > 2 ohms?
