Could you elaborate on "DFU upload is now much slower"? How much slower is the transfer after PA/LNA?
I'll create a ticket for our Mesh developers, and ask if they have seen any problems with this before.
The nRF Connect app shows the segment number that it's transferring. With the PA/LNA enabled I can see it count individually, i.e. 1/35, 2/35, 3/35 one at a time. Without the PA/LNA it jumps thought them much faster, i.e. 1/35, 4/35, 8/35 etc. So it's at least three times faster without the PA/LNA.

The problem seems to be an out-of-spec 32.768kHz clock on the modules we are using. If I synthesize the clock from the 32MHz clock then everything works fine.
