Not able to Connect thingy:91 to nRf Connect for Cloud

I'm having problem connecting my thing:91 to the nrfcloud. When im trying to connect im getting "Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412". One of the reasons could be "before attempting association, you did not wait for the LEDs to indicate the device was provisioned". The LED has not worked since i tried to add a HEX file, and i had to cancel the process. The reason was that thingy:91 was not in MCUboot mode, eventhough i turned it on while holding in SW4. Is it possible to factory restart thingy:91, or is there another solution?

Hello, 

The Thingy:91 comes shipped with the Asset Tracker application. An overview of the color indication is provided in the bottom of the User Interface chapter of the Asset Tracker documentation. 

What was your intention when programming the device?

There are two methods of programming the MCUs on the Thingy:91, either by external debug probe or MCUboot by holding a button down while powering on the whole device. There are two buttons:

SW4 (very small button) is used to program the nRF52840 which is the device that communicates with the computer, allowing MCUboot to function. In order to restore its functionality you will need to program the Connectivity Bridge application to the nRF52840.

SW3 (large button) is used to program the nRF9160. This allows you to communicate with e.g. the internet/cloud service
