nRF5340: power-related questions

We're beginning a design with the nRF5340 and are needing to make power architecture decisions.  Are there efficiency curves for the internal regulators, in DC/DC mode, for different input voltages and currents?

No, we currently do not have such curves in the PS. 

What we have is detailed current consumption numbers for a variety of operating modes and also for each of the peripherals. These current consumption numbers are measured with the DC/DCs operating so the loss of the DC/DC converters is already included. 

For some parameters we also have plots of current consumption vs supply voltage, such as here for the radio:
