Softdevice flash error with keil using ST-Link V2

I am using nrf52840 Eval kit and using keil to program it. I used example programes without soft device its working. However when i select soft device from drop down menu from load option i got error INTERNAL COMMAND ERROR.

I suggest to order an nRF52840-DK, this also include a J-link debugger that can be used for programming external nRF boards.
