We want to develop a tracking system using nRF51822 for that we need clarifications for the below,

Can we make BT connection as shown below fig?

Do we need to include any other accessories?

For your new design you should look at nRF52XXX series which is BLE 5.0 and has latest features.

nRF51xxx is old Genration supporting BLE4.2 and is also commercially costlier than nRF52xxx

Since you feel nRf51822 suits you , so you should look at nRF52810 or nRF52832, If you share your detailed specs to my email Id , i will suggest you the best suitable part.
