PCA10000 Stopped working after flashing

Hi, when I plugged in the PCA10000 USB adaptor the software said it had to update it. It ran through the whole process and then said it was restarting. That was it... it is now not seen by the Master Control Panel. The dongle is seen by the PC as the PC beeps when inserted.

The MCP does not see the device and I can not reflash the device. Any ideas?

first insert the dongle and then start the master control panel - it will work, if not remove the dongle and repeat the same step, and do not flash the development kit or evaluation kit when dongle is connected.
