PCA10000 Stopped working after flashing

Hi, when I plugged in the PCA10000 USB adaptor the software said it had to update it. It ran through the whole process and then said it was restarting. That was it... it is now not seen by the Master Control Panel. The dongle is seen by the PC as the PC beeps when inserted.

The MCP does not see the device and I can not reflash the device. Any ideas?

Hi, I tried it both ways. Restarted PC etc, ...nothing.

when you connected dongle, both the lights are blinking or only one only one means it gone, both means working -- use the updated firmware
