PCA10000 Stopped working after flashing

Hi, when I plugged in the PCA10000 USB adaptor the software said it had to update it. It ran through the whole process and then said it was restarting. That was it... it is now not seen by the Master Control Panel. The dongle is seen by the PC as the PC beeps when inserted.

The MCP does not see the device and I can not reflash the device. Any ideas?

Thank you! It was a step in the right direction. I found I did not have the JLinkARM programmer, so I re-downloaded the updated software and I was able to reset the USB Adaptor.

I then followed the instructions on devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../flash-programming-pca10000-using-master-control-panel to get the dongle reprogrammed.

It seems to ok as two LED's are working.

However, my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 mobile, which is supposed to be Bluetooth 4.0 compatible, still can not see any network. I'll open a ne discussion for that problem.
