nRF52811 - anomalies and build codes question

Hi,

We have the nRF52811 in QFN48 fitted to a number of products, with the chip showing 'QAAA0   1850AA'. Does this mean that it's an early Revision 1 ? The Errata in the product specification states "This Errata document contains anomalies for the nRF52811 chip, revision Revision 1 (QFAA-Ax0..... ."  I assume that the 'x' is a wildcard character and that the errata applies to our device? But what does the 0 mean after Ax ?

Hi,

The last 0 is part of the build code and means that the chip is delivered without any firmware, see <F> in Code ranges and values. This parameter is not part of the IC marking. See fotnote 2 in the nRF52811 SoC revisions and variants compatibility matrix regarding the x.
