Unable to detect NDK board even though there is power supply

Hi Nordic Team/public users,

Request your assistance for troubleshooting the NDK-nrf52840 board that was having a detection issue whereby my laptop/PC was unable to detect the board even though there was power supply flowing into the board. Both LED1 and LED2 are showing static lights while LED5 was not lit during the whole process. 

May i know is there any solution for it?
