How to setup SD-card reader with nrf9160 for reading and writing files?

Hi 
 
 I want to make use of this SD-card reader together with the nRF9160dk. 
 From what I understand: 
 1. I need to create a nrf160dk_nrf9160ns.overlay file to chose which pins to use for the SPI and GPIO for chip select on the SD-card reader. 
 2. Somehow make use of the fat_fs or littlefs sample from \zephyr\samples\subsys\fs\fat_fs. 
 
 Is there any plug&play samples like the MQTT and GPS from nrf that I can just build and flash? And some schematic or wiring diagram like this ? 
 
 If not, how would i proceed with setting up the SD-card reader module together with the nRF9160dk?

I don't have an SD card reader at hand right now, so I can't test it myself. But could you try to the sample provided by Torbjørn here ?

 If you're still having issues, I'll try to get ahold of an SD card reader like you have and see if I'm able to make it work.

Hi Simon I looked through the code in Torbjørns .zip and noticed 1 difference in the overlay file which resolved the issue in my code. All i did was change one line in my overlay. From this: cs-gpios = <&gpio0 13 0>; To this: cs-gpios = <&gpio0 13 GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW>; Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
