for maximum distance

i have two nrf52832 boards with and using sdk 16 i want to use one board as a central and one as a peripheral and achieve a maximum distance of about 30 meters can someone tell what examples should i refers and what are the modifications should i do to achieve maximum didstance

We have a github long range example based on older SDKv15.0. But i think it is a good reference for you to take a loot at it.

thanks susheel nuguru for your reply i think i have understood the example as i am usimg the sdk17 and customised version of nrf52832 can you recommend a example so that i can merge central and peripheral to any project as i am begineer i dont know where to start

 There are already few examples in SDK17\examples\ble_central_and_peripheral+ where the single Nordic chip can function concurrently both as central and peripheral roles. I think if you want multi-role functionality, these examples are a good place to start as templates.

helo susheel nuguru thanks for you reply i dont want multi role functionality but i want to change the role's of central and peripheral simultaneously and achieve the maximum distance between devices first i will try to get maximum between fixed central and peripheral for that which templete i can use so that i can merge that long range example you suggested to get distance

 Not sure what you mean by "do NOT want multirole example but want to change the roles". That is multirole in my opinion.

You need to extract the long range part from the github example i gave since we do not have any direct coded phy example other than the github one.

thanks now i am using two customised nrf52840 boards with sdk 15 i can be ablle to run that long range sucessfully and i changed that example to connected in central now i want to disconnect the connection after 5 seconds and again start scaning after 3 seconds how can i do this what are the parameters should i change
