nRF5340DK board is in bootloader mode but J-Link drive is not visible on PC.

The LED5 flashes after power is applied but J-Link drive is not visible on PC. Please advise how I should proceed. Thank you very much.

At roughly what frequency does LED5 blink? Also, to rule out other issues I wonder if you have another DK you can test with the same USB cable on the same PC?
