I use custom board nrf5283  ..

Getting the following error while trying to flash

ERROR: JLinkARM DLL reported an error. Try again. If error condition
ERROR: persists, run the same command again with argument --log, contact Nordic

ERROR: Semiconductor and provide the generated log.log file to them

I hae attahed the log file.7356.log.log

the issue was due to the cable used in the seggger .and was sorted.How ever I am power the board througth a cell of 3v and the board is keeping on resseting .on reading the RESETREAS its value is either 0xc or 0x8

It sounds like the firmware is asserting, as the default behavior there is to reset. Try entering debug mode, or look at the serial output to see if there's something printed there that can help pinpoint the problem.
