What is the port for Single-ended antenna connection

HI all,

Recenly, I am playing with nrf5340-DK to do some experiments. I read the datasheet of nrf5340 and found out that L31 is the pin for single-ended antenna connection. However, I can't find out what is the exact port on the development kit matches with L31.

Background: I want to increase the signals quality when using bluetooth low energy by inserting a wire in the port to work as the antenna.

Another quick question: what is the clock frequency for the application core by default. 64Mhz or 128 Mhz? and is it possible to fix it for example at 64Mz?
