Flash Memory is corrupted while doing power cycle in nRF52840

Hi Team,

We are using the nRF52840 DK for one of our project, as part of that we are using internal flash one of the sector with start address of 0xfc000.

We have written some data to flash as part of the initialization and runtime as well. Once we did the power cycle with External supply we are loosing the data what we have written earlier.

Is there any precautions we need to take care in terms flash write/Read operations with SoftDevice Present.

Use of FDS will prevent corruption when power cycling.

Thanks for your reply.

we need the Contiguous fixed address for Read/Write purpose, when we use the FDS the address are changed and not able to write/Read the Contiguous locations.

Is there any way to prevent the Flash memory Corruption , without using the FDS.For our requirement FDS is not suitable.

fstorage dont provide the same safety against corruption as FDS so you might have to make something yourself.
