[LTE link monitor] Try to connect to NB IoT network

Hello, 

I received the Thingy not too long ago. Now that I've run some samples, it's time to use the NB network. I flash the AT_cmd sample. I open LTE Link Monitor to see the AT commands and send them. After the cmd sent automatically, the modem seems to be stuck, doesn't answer anymore and I see this :

After manually sending AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP, "iot.1nce.net", sometimes after 10 minutes, it unblocks and I see this:


I am in Germany with a 1nce SIM card, I have already managed to use the NB network on another device with this SIM card.
I don't understand what's wrong, can you explain it to me please?

    Here is what the specification says about cause 15:

    Cause #15 – No suitable cells in tracking area This EMM cause is sent to the UE if it requests service, or if the network initiates a detach request, in a tracking area where the UE, by subscription, is not allowed to operate, but when it should find another allowed tracking area or location area in the same PLMN or an equivalent PLMN.

    You then configure PDP context 1, and get connected a couple of minutes after:

    While the modem usually gets informed about which APN to connect to from the network, that is not always the case. This seems to be one of those cases.

    To get connected faster, try setting the APN with cid 0 before starting the modem.

    Can I ask you if you have any idea why the UART is in red? I can't find any information on how to activate it and what to do with it.

    It indicates that flow control is disabled. The current implementation on the Thingy:91 does not use flow control, so that is expected.
