nrf52840 usbd_msc example usage

Hi，all:

     There is a question when I run usb_msc example on nrf52840DK(sdk17.0.2)，I do as following steps,

   Then,after I press button 1 for serial times,I found there are some .txt files  already have generated as following picture,

   As the step 7 shows，I connect nrf52840 DK to my PC(Windows 7) via USB，but there is no device in my list, the DK don't be identified.

 In my comprehension,there should be a device just like U Disk，so I can open the .txt files on PC ,

 Is anybody know what happened? or I dis-understanding this usage of the example?

Hi,

The example should work. Have you remembered to plug in a second USB cable in the USB port marked "nRF USB" right to the left of the four buttons?

I do it again to generate .txt files，the result is as following picture:

Then,I connect to PC via USB，my connection and appearance are as fallowing picture:

But,there is no device on my PC still,did I ignore something?

Hi,

All looks good, you should see a few USB Drives added on your computer when plugging in the USB cable. Could it be an issue with the cable, for instance a cable that only allows charging but no data? Please test another cable (even just swap the two you use) and see if that helps.
