in case of multiple wdt reload registers enabled, how to find the one has not be fed

To the kind attention of Nordic support team,

I'm using nRF52833 and activated wdt with multiple reload registers enabled. I'd like to get an idea about which one of those hasn't been fed in case of wdt event.

Is it possible, like after reset reading an appropriate flag that has been set somewhere? What would you recommend?

I've been reading this thread https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/24751/watchdog---find-out-which-reload-register-has-triggered-reset that is strictly similar to this one. It was about 4 years ago. I suppose the situation is the same. Thank you
