Audio using the nRF51822

Hi, I'm working on a project where I'm trying to make an nRF51822 play a basic sound (such as a beep). Is there a recommended DAC that should be used with this particular SoC? Does anyone know in general how to get the chip to play sound?

Also- I'm relatively new to projects like this so any tips you have are helpful.

I didn't think of that before, but I think your solution is much better than the one I came up with

Do bear in mind that you'll be limited to clk/2 in terms of frequency (Nyquist's theorem).

But, unless you're a teenager, that shouldn't be a major problem :)
