can BLE device is actively disconnected by the bound mobile phone and automatically connects back to the phone？

I am using NRF52832 to verify certain characteristics of BLE.

the question is:After the BLE terminal device is bound to the mobile phone(Most likely Android), the host mobile phone actively makes disconnection.

If the terminal device is still within the signal range, it needs to be able to automatically reconnect after a period of time.

.Can this requirement be achieved?

i want realize it in native phone's setting page, without the third-part app.

Then you will have to check with the phone's (or, more specifically, the the phone's OS) documentation to see what support it provides for autoconnect
