nRF52840 DK does not appear as a removable drive named "JLINK"

I have seen the same issue reported.  

 nRF52840 DK does not appear as a removable drive named "JLINK" 

Done the following.

1- My laptop has only one  USB port.  So I have used  a USB docking docking station to expand the USB.   

2. Used a micro USB 2.0 Data cable(Fully functional and tested) to connect the nRF52840 DK to one of the docking staion's USB port.

3-LED 1 has started pulsating  9nRF power source switch SW9 in Vdd).  SW* is ON position

4- Toggling buttons SW1 to SW4 caused LED1 to 4 to light up.  LED1  pulsates slowly.

5- No removable drive named "JLINK" appeared on my computer(windows 10)

Any suggestions ?

Does it work if you plug direct into the laptop?

No.  It does not work if attached directly.  In the laptoptop->Settings->devices-> It shows J-Link Driver Error.
