I am having a problem nearly identical to this link Using soft device on custom board with nRF52840 - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com). All peripheral examples work without issue on our custom board but the ble with soft device examples don't work (break points don't work, RTT doesn't work, says "not attached" in the stack trace, no LEDs blink, GPIO does not respond, ect). I have set all the values in the sdk_config as suggested in the above link and it still does not work. I am currently just trying the ble_app_blinky example. This is my SoftDevice Clock settings:
