About FOTA update via BLE in nRF52832

Hi, We are facing issue to upload hex file with FOTA via BLE. It completes the uploading hex but new firmware is not getting executed.

Can you elaborate on what you do and in what way it does not work? Please provide detailed steps including version details etc.
