struggling on nRF5340 Development environment setup on Windows 10.

Hi Nordic Team,

Summary: Please guide to open and build simple example nRF5340 project using Segger IDE on Windows 10

Details:

We tried to have Segger IDE setup for nRF5340 using nRF Connect SDK .

The plan is first to build simple project (like blink without RTOS). Final application shall be BLE mesh based.

Issue Faced: After installing SDK 1.5.0 , we got only .West and toolchain, others folder were missed,

So that we downloaded the folders bootloader, nrfxlib, nrf, zephyr.

Then through below link, tried to install the dependencies

https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/gs_assistant.html#gs-assistant

https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/gs_installing.html

https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/getting_started/index.html#install-required-tools -- Actually shows only Linux(Ubuntu) related steps

It looks like , the links are switch over to multiple level and going here and there.

After doing few circus, we tried to open the project we are getting the error:  Create_Nordic_project.py failed.

Please guide us to resolve this error

Note: It looks like nRF Connect SDK based Segger environment setup is more complicate , as it has more dependency tool, unlike nRF52 series SDK (ex: nRF52832)

Conclusion : Please guide us to make a Segger nRF5340 environment setup on Windows 10 through resolving the error:  "Create_Nordic_project.py failed"

Thanks

Selvam
