HI:

    Now i am use the OTS to transmit image, if we want to set the MTU=185, how many paramter must config here?

    example:

    CONFIG_BT_CTLR_TX_BUFFER_SIZE=185
    CONFIG_BT_CTLR_DATA_LENGTH_MAX=185
    CONFIG_BT_RX_BUF_LEN=185

    And, can you have some samples code to me?

Hi Sam, 

You might need to modify

CONFIG_BT_L2CAP_TX_MTU=185
CONFIG_BT_L2CAP_RX_MTU=185
CONFIG_BT_CTLR_TX_BUFFER_SIZE=189
CONFIG_BT_CTLR_DATA_LENGTH_MAX=189
CONFIG_BT_RX_BUF_LEN=193

You can refer to the Throughput sample which ATT_MTU size is 247 bytes. See https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/blob/master/samples/bluetooth/throughput/prj.conf
