nRF Mesh App - Able to join existing network?

Hello - I've google'd around a bit on this unsuccessfully...

I've successfully provisioned and configured an nRF Mesh network with mutliple servers and a single client, using the nRF Mesh app on an iPad (running iOS 14, nRF Mesh 3.1.0 build 4). Each mesh node has a single Application key loaded.

When I load the same keys into a 2nd iPad, the "Network" tab of the app doesn't "see" any devices. Is this expected behavior? I'm hoping that configuration of the network isn't forever locked to a single provisioner device.

Think I found my answer here:

Looks like in addition to the keys, I also need to export the JSON file from the provisioning iPad and import it into the "onlooker" iPad's nRF Mesh app.
