QSPI and nRF52840 communication establishment

Hi,

I am currently testing QSPI communication for flash. I am using the Termite console. When the console starting I got this error message:

uart:~$ [1B][8D[1B][J[00:00:00.592,132] <err> qspi_nor: flash id error. Extected: [200 64 21], got: [200 64 31]
uart:~$ [1B][8D[1B][J*** Booting Zephyr OS build v2.4.0-ncs1 ***

However, The communication is established with no problem, after a while by reset the nrF52840 with no problem.

Hi,

• Which version of NCS are you using?
• Which sample are you basing this on, and what modifications have you made?
• Are you testing towards the on-board QSPI flash chip on the nRF52840 DK?

I am using ncs1.4.0 and using a custom board with nFR52840.  nRF52840 supports up to 32 MHz, the problem is solved by decreasing QSPI frequency to 16 Mhz.
