adding custom service on ANCS example

Hi Nordics!

I want to add custom service into ANCS example for android.

But I cannot understand how to add custom service stably.

First, I just added my custom service to the service init function. (my custom service is similar with nordic uart service. )

After that, when I try to connect to ANCS device with nrf master control panel app(android) , It bonded with my ANCS device automatically. However after bonding, master control panel fail to discover service and disconnected with my ANCS device.
