Zephyr 2.5 timeframe

Hi 

Is it possible to get any idea of timeframes for NCS being synced with upstream releases?

Zephyr have a public timeline for when releases will happen (sometimes not perfect but gives a good idea).

There are several changes in Zephyr 2.5 that I need in my project so I am particularly interested in when that will be synced up in NCS.

Hi,

Please note that the zephyr version used in NCS v1.5.0 is only a few weeks behind the zephyr v2.5.0 release, so the changes you are after in Zephyr v2.5.0 might be in NCS v1.5.0 already.

Unfortunately, Zephyr v2.5.0 release got delayed, which meant that it came after the NCS 1.5.0 code freeze.

We are now currently in the process of syncing up with Zephyr v2.5 in this PR: https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr/pull/479 , I expect the PR to be merged very soon.

Unfortunately the version in NCS 1.5 doesn't have what I need but thanks for the link to that PR.
