Hello,is the 3.9nH inductance and 0.8pF capacitance in the official routine the impedance matching of the antenna, or do I need additional antenna impedance matching?

3.9 nH and 0.8 pF is the matching components for the radio. You need additional components for the antenna:

The impedance will be off, so I will say no. 

Change to the values in the reference design, add matching components for the antenna.
