NRF52840 Bluetooth Low Energy ANSI C63.27 Compliance Test

Do I need to carry out ANSI C63.27 regulatory test for coexistence of wireless communication that share the 2.45GHz band if we designed a custom PCB BLE antenna for NRF52840 ?

Does NRF52840's BLE uses DSSS or FHSS frequency hopping scheme to accommodate wireless communication devices that operate in the same frequency bandwidth ?

I am not 100% sure but it seems to me that ANSI C63.27 is focus on the frequency hopping and modulation performance of NRF52840'S BLE which has been tested and certified and what we need to make sure is the BLE’s antenna we designed is tuned and operate in 2.400–2.4835 GHz ISM band.

I don't belive this is something you have to test. Check with your test house.

BLE is not to be considered FHSS.
