The document nRF52811_PS_v1.0 states that the Threshold Voltage Tolerance of the Power Fail comparator is typically +/- 1% and max. +/-5%.
Under which circumstances does the tolerance of +/-1% apply?

I am not sure if there is a hard limit between the two values, but typically you may assume that typical is nominal room temperature 3V, while max is over extreme temperature and voltage conditions.
