nrf9160 and NCS1.5.0 issues

Hi, I've been working with the nRF9160 and at some point the logs normally displayed in LTE link monitor were gone. I've tried re-installing the Link Monitor but it didn't work. I figured I might as well update to the latest NCS 1.5.0.

After updating to NCS1.5.0, I tried blinky and it's not building. See error below. Any thoughts? Starting to chase down a rabbit hole, can barely remember what the original issue was!

Hmm, still getting the same error. I'll try it again. Do you have an estimate on when the next version will be released with the fixes?
