nRF51822 realistic low latency using Gazell?

Hi,

We're looking for a low-latency 2.4GHz solution (not BLE) and the nRF51822 is oft-quoted as providing low latency, but what are the typical ms figures we could achieve for continuous data transmission, for example using the Gazell stack? Sub 10ms?

Just let me know if more info is needed.
